Request an authorized clinician or officer role appropriate to your institution. Both your membership and the institution must remain active and approved.
Look up with a purpose.
Enter the tag’s public code in the protected portal, select a legitimate purpose, and provide a case or incident reference where required. Every lookup is recorded.

Ordinary institution access includes information marked Public and Verified institution. Caregiver-only details remain protected.
Full emergency access
A verified, authorized clinician or officer can request full access for a medical emergency with a written reason. The access and the individual’s identity are recorded before information is returned.
This access is for viewing. It does not permit profile changes or transfer ownership.
